ParentSquare

We are excited to announce that NCA will be using ParentSquare to streamline and improve our communications with you this year. ParentSquare provides a simple and safe way for parents, teachers, program leaders, and administrators to connect.

With ParentSquare you will be able to:

  • Receive school and classroom communications via email, text, or app

  • Complete forms and make payments

  • View the school and classroom calendar and RSVP for events

  • Easily sign up to volunteer and/or bring items

  • And much more… all in one centralized place!

How to activate your account

You will soon receive an invitation email or text to join ParentSquare. Please click the link to activate your account: it takes less than a minute. You can use ParentSquare on any device, and we encourage you to download the free mobile app for iOS or Android. You can also use the desktop version at www.parentsquare.com.

ParentSquare uses contact information from NCA's student information system, Infinite Campus, so please be sure that your contact information is up to date in Infinite Campus so that you will receive important school communications.  Please see our webpage for details on Infinite Campus.

For CTLS users only

If your family also has a child enrolled in Cobb County Schools and uses CTLS, you will be asked to merge your accounts; the process requires a few clicks and once complete, allows you to easily switch between schools for ParentSquare/CTLS information. To merge your ParentSquare accounts:

Please be sure to verify every email and phone number listed, selecting the green “Yes, This is Me” tab for yourself and every child in your family, regardless of which school they attend. Once successfully merged, you can click on the triple bar icon in the top left corner to toggle between schools.
